Note to myself: Do not work when too tired. LOL
As said on related tracker:
I'm ok with seperating these interfaces into their own files.
I haven't diffed the files yet, but:
File libraries/joomla/observable/interface.php should be all lowercase imho, otherwise it will not load on case-sensitive filesystems (Linux) imho.
