When the window is smaller, the "selector" in a search tool is a off by some pixels.
Summary of Changes
This adds 10 pixel top margin similar to the other search tools elements.
Testing Instructions
Check the template manager views and shrink the window till the list elements on the right side disappear. The selector for the client id (site or admin) jumps up a few pixels.
