This PR will remove the menu-toggle if there is no sidebar on the page. This prevents youo thinking that the menu-toggle is a back button
@C-Lodder@ciar4n I think the css could also be improved here to remove the margin-left on the container-title when there is no menu-toggle but that is beyond me - so if required this could be done as a PR against this and merged with it
