Switches most of the Framework packages over to the 2.0 development branches (exceptions being the Filter and LDAP packages). Also removes the PHP 5.5 polyfill since we're at a PHP 5.5 minimum on 4.0 right now and it was really only required with the Registry package at this point.
Could log into frontend and backend. Could create an article in the backend. Navigated around articles and a few random menu items in the frontend. All seemed good.
