Summary of Changes
- Move CSS that isn't dependant on PHP variables to a separate CSS file
- Fix the button toolbar styling below the editor
Testing Instructions
Set Codemirror as your editor
- Buttons in the toolbar below the editor should have spacing inbetween them now
- No visual changes to the editor itself.
