Don't use JFactory
This is more an RFC than a PR..
I'd like to know what are the plans on getting the configuration from the application instead of JFactory?
Any ServiceProviders?
If not, wouldn't it make sense to start getting the config stuff in one of the Application classes?
Any thoughts on deprecating the entire JFactory?

As an overall thing. We're definitely going to be moving away from
JFactory. I don't think we'll reach the point of totally deprecatingJFactoryin 4.0 - but we can definitely make very good progress :)
