Summary of Changes
Those submitting PR's may have additional languages installed, so this PR will ignore all languages apart from en-GB.
Just makes life a little easier by being able to do git add . rather than having to manually add individual folders.

This would mean we commit the files in that folder if we change them (e.g for testing) but the core comes always without that file ;) so i think it is ok to exclude it here.

RTC To be merged after 3.7.0 stable is out as we are currently not merging everything into staging until 3.7.0 stable is out or something critial happend. Thanks!
