What this patch does not do
- It does not solve the searchTools parts in the lists to make it Hathor specific.
- It does not correct Editing/Creating a custom field (that would need a specific PR and looks complex)
What this patch does
COM_ASSOCIATIONS
Normalises the table list display
Correct the icons for Save Reference and Save Target in the side by side view
COM_FIELDS
Add icons for header and menu
Normalises the table list display for the Field Groups and Fields list pages
Fully corrects the display when editing/creating a Field Group
imho, better than nothing if we keep Hathor in 3.7.0
