As suggested by Brian Teeman and Dennis Hermatski, the correct
solution is to remove the « remember me » option from the offline.php page, as admin can be always auto-logged and forget that site is actually offline.

Woohoo - I think this might be the oldest one moved to RTC today. Thanks guys. The PR is against Master but I'm sure the committer can work around that

I can. It also had a simple conflict but it was easy to solve.
