Adding sorting arrows when sorting by language
Testing Instructions
Create fields and filedgroups. Tag them to different languages.
Display the Managers.
Expected result
The sorting arrows now display. Example:

I have tested this item
For fieldgroups it worked without the patch, but for fields it fixed the arrow issue.

I suggest we keep my changes for fieldgroups too as this woud be normalized.
