Steps to reproduce the issue
In J3 there was hover styling so it was easy to see which option had focus to be selected. In J4 atum its not possible to see the focus - unless navigating with a keyboard
This may be present in more places than the ACL settings but that was the first place i spotted this behaviour

(It is easier to see the active item though in J4 which is great)
Expected result
Keyboard and mouse users should be able to easily see where they are navigating to

The same a11y issue can be seen on the menu to the left of the ACL settings to select a different components options
