Replace all uses of < i > with < span > in the J4 admin template Atum
@dgt41 :) - hopefully when I fix this in the J3 branch for all the other files it will be merged into J4 as well so we dont repeat this mistake anaymore

HTML semantics. One is a tag to indicate italicized text, the other is a generic container.

there's a rather lengthy debate about that but ok.
why use "< span >" instead of "" ?
