Steps to reproduce the issue
Switch to the hathor template and visit the multilingual associations templae
Expected result
Columns and layout are correct
Actual result
Column headings do not line up with the row contents
Example the Title header is center aligned so it is displayed "disconnected" from the row data

Also I see now that there is no hathor override at all for this component so all the filters, search tools etc are using the ISIS styles and not the hathor styles that are used elsewhere
