Just I want to report an issue.
Is not possible embed YouTube video in Joomla 3.7 beta 3, I have tried with JCE and Tiny editor also I removed "iframe" from the "prohibited elements" of TinyMCE plugin, but no success.

I understand that it is not bug, but why it is not "set 0" by default, it may confuse many Joomla users.

It is for security purposes
Certain HTML tags are prohibited by default because of possible security side effects (embedding iframes or script elements from unsafe sources). So it has a tradeoff of requiring additional configuration to allow them.
@mbabker we can provide a simple tinymce plugin for oembed sources will make the process much easier for end users.

btw the tinymce filter can be switched of by the setting "Use the Joomla Text filters". In the Joomla Text filters the super user is not filtert.
As you can see J! does infact embed YT in current staging.
The solution is in "set 0" remove ",iframe" in the editor->tinymce plugin.
