[#14281] - Release Blocker: Templates Create Overrides has disappeared

Steps to reproduce the issue
Go into Templates > Templates > Select a template
Expected result
Can see a button called "create overrides"
Actual result
Can no longer find the button anywhere. Has it moved? Surely this is an error on my part?

Wasn't sure whether to submit this as it could have been moved, is there a correct procedure to follow in situations like this?

I'm not sure what you mean? This is a issue you found and reported it back to the CMS so everything is fine? What do you mean with moved? The correct procedure is to report any issues you found on testing the core cms so you have done it correct. Thanks
