Summary of Changes
Setting Advanced Image as ON per default as the default set for administrator is the only one to contain the Insert/Image button per default.
Testing Instructions
Patch. Delete the configuration.php file and install a new staging.
As Administrator, edit an article, click on the Insert/Image icon.
Do not edit the TinyMCE plugin
The advanced tab will display.
Also, when people will update their 3.6.5 and save the TinyMCE settings, the tab will be on per default.
