Install 4.0-dev
Admin -> Extensions ->Manage ->database

An up to date database as I just installed Joomla!

Also when clicking fix I get

An error has occurred.
0 Class 'JControllerLegacy' not found

And now my admin is screwed - I cannot navigate to any other page as on every page I get the above message
