Create radio field and put some values

How are you creating the field and most importantly where are you creating it (XML)?

Thanks for testing but please search the issue tracker before reporting to
make sure that it has not already been reported and maybe even a fix
proposed

The data you entered

instead of Key, Value
will be: Text, Value
