This helped... can I have some background why we need clean up the browser cache?
Should there by some hint, or did I missed it?
There was a JavaScript change and your browsers caching the JS. J3.7 will address this with versioning string to the JS url.
thx

This is NOT a Joomla 3.6.4 issue. Changes were made in the JS in 3.6.3.
If clearing the cache on your browser AND any hosting or CDN cache does not
help you then please note a white page is a php error page in disguise. If
you enable maximum error reporting in the global configuration it should
reveal the error

The op reported upgrading from 3.6.1 :)
strange.
its not a cache problem for me.
i cleaned browser, Joomla expired and unexpired cache.
also turned on error report at maximum.
my situation is exactly the same as stefanpolzer except that i don't know when it happend (before 3.6.4 or after that)
and there is not even a tiny error...
and the page showing a list and the browser keeps loading the page.
im really out of idea...

no its not a cache problem. i did everything for flushing cache. i did everything mentioned in forum.
i think its something else which i cant understand (in my level of Joomla knowledge)...
Did you clear your Browser Cache?
yes. cleaned browser cache.
cleaned Joomla cache
cleaned expired cache
even changed PHP version to empty op-cache :)))
also i dont have other cache rules in server (we have VPS with full control)
Make sure all your extensions are up to date and check your php error logs.
browser leverage cache and Gzip are not counted in this issue! is that correct?
unfortunately there is no PHP error after turning on php error.
all of extentions are updated.
so is it a solution? i should disable everything to see if its working or not?
i'm suspicious to Joomla Core damaged files...
which files should i replace due to this issue?
