Log into Administrator as Super User.
Go to Extensions/Modules
Add New Module
Select Custom (or any module type)
Edit screen to appear with all elements available to complete.
Edit screen loads but then redirects to a white screen with only the Position drop down visible.
Repeat process with editing an existing module - same outcome

Same behaviour with Firefox & Safari on a Mac.
Don't forget to clear any hosting cache eg SiteGround supercacher or CDN cache eg cloudflare
Resolved. Steps I took were
1) Clear cache in Siteground
2) Clear cache in Cloudflare
3) Cleared cache in Chrome
I'll close this ticket.
