Steps to reproduce the issue
- View the screen on a mobile device
- Click the nav menu icon (hamburger icon)
- The active menu icon has a blue background and a dark font color which makes it hard to read.
Expected result
The font color on active menu item should be #fff
Actual result
The font color on active menu is #555

We should have in the same PR the .less and .css changes and then test.
Can you make this change in the less file as well please https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/blob/staging/templates/protostar/less/template.less
