Summary of Changes
Fix for a bug when it's not possible to change some options to Use Global in Smart search menu item.
Besides default options are set to Yes instead of Use Global.
Bug has been introduced in #3285.
Testing Instructions
- Create new menu item: Smart Search > Search, fill in menu tile
- Navigate to tab Advanced
- You should see Did you mean and Query Explanation set to Use Global (without patch it's set to 'Yes')
- Change options to Use Global
- Save and check if options in Advanced tab have been saved.

Milestone changed to 3.7 as it is now not planned to have a 3.6.4 release

Well if it's not planned to have a 3.6.4 release then the next release after 3.6.3 would be 3.7.
