Summary of Changes

Break the inheritance from JAdapterInstance (and inherently JObject) for JInstallerAdapter and its subclasses.

Testing Instructions

Extension management still works correctly.

Documentation Changes Required

Document changes in the API (mainly the loss of the JObject API methods).
