Looks like the ftp in your infra needs attention, otherwise Joomla wouldn't have a problem appending data.

Well, this problem occurs only on update .... ftp works fine

1) The code change you suggested is already part of the core code, so no other work is needed there.
2) You only need the FTP layer if PHP natively has issues writing to the filesystem. This would affect things like uploads in the media manager, extension updates, and core updates.

That is the problem! Can't believe you are saying there is nothing wrong while Joomla reports there is a problem with your infra!

Why I can still upload files in Joomla? Change settings ?
