Steps to reproduce the issue
Open the file /language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_login.ini and search key MOD_LOGIN_HINAME
Expected result
translation: "Hi, %s"
Actual result
translation: "Hi %s,"
System information (as much as possible)
Joomla! 3.6.2

I supposed, that correct form is either "Hello, guest" or "Hello guest" or "Hello guest." or "Hello guest!", but not "Hello guest,".
