Would it be possible to add a new label, such as "Template" so that all Template, UI, UX, etc related issues can use this label?
Means that people (such as myself) who don't get involved in PHP related stuff can easily find issues in their area
there is template(admin), template(site) and UI

@c-lodder you might also want to check the fields and layouts categories as some of those issues are "design" related
