Hello
I use watchfull.li service to update my site
I didn't use 3.6.0 because i known that we have some bug
After update to 3.6.1
1 feature view is broken with sql request (note : i rebuild menu link and it will be good)
2 no plugin installer (i trying to discover it but noting)
3 administrator/index.php?option=com_installer&view=language return 500 JForm::getInstance could not load file
any way to correct it ?
I suggest that you contact watchful.li for support. We can only deal with issues regarding the core of joomla and updates performed with the Joomla Update component

i found a partial solution => upload all 3.5.1 file
redo update to 3.6.0 and 3.6.1 all is solved
but i have 35 sites .......
thats the problem with using a service to blindly update everything at once and why I would personally never use something like that. You thought it would save you time but now its creating work for you. If you had tried one site first then ....
Not all services are the same ;-)
yes i understand ... that the first time i have a problem to update a site and jump over an minor version .. that the lesson
did you think that will be the solution #11214 (comment)

Is there a reason that you are refusing to contact watchful.li for support

There is no such thing as a downgrade of Joomla. Much less a supported or recommended way.
The only way to "downgrade" that i can think of would be to restore from the backup you took imediately before doing the upgrade
