The source page from the wiki is always listed in the footer of the page, so https://docs.joomla.org/Help36:Start_Here.

As for the Help35:Start Here display title, that's something for MAT. I have the app configured to pull out the display title from the API data so that's what it's giving right now.

I found the source page but as always with the wiki clicking on what I
assumed was the correct edit button didnt bring up any text remotely like
the text as I wanted to edit
