Fixes a fatal error when viewing articles on an Azure database by
bringing the naming in line with the rest of the Azure-related classes.
It seems to have been missed in a rename at some point, because everything else Azure-related is currently named Sqlazure except this. When trying to use the class, Joomla looks for Sqlazure, which causes a fatal error (red box on the page, no site content) since it's just called Azure.

o.O How did this go unfixed for so long? Am I the only one using Joomla on the Azure SQL database? (They do offer MySQL as well, so I suppose anything is possible...)
There are a couple other oddities, so perhaps I'll send a few more PRs your way. How soon are you looking to release 3.6.1?
Am I the only one using Joomla on the Azure SQL database?
According to the stats API since it was stood up and integrated into Joomla only 24 installs with Azure have reported in.
lol
I guess it's a good thing I know my way around Github and PHP then.
you are not alone there are 23 more
And all 23 of them will be getting a fix now. :P
This has been broken for 4 years -_- Fml
