Summary of Changes
Mark mootools as deprecated so it can be removed in 4.0
Testing Instructions
Check your log on any page that got a mootools modal
Note: The behaviour tree is depending on mootools, so this script needs to be rewritten on jquery or vanilla js
Note 2 : Mootree is not used anywhere in the joomla core so it should be deprecated as well.
