There should be no change visually. What's changing is how the field renders. So if it's working right, then it's a good test.

I have applied this PR and found that, before PR and after PR applied there is no difference in number filed. I have changed Article title field type to number and tested this PR.
So, Please let me know if I am doing anything wrong.
