Summary of Changes
There is no pressing need to manual load the JPlatform class before the autoloader is loaded. Before #9541 moving it would have been somewhat annoying as the path would have been in a directory but now it can be loaded from the root of an autoloaded path.
Testing Instructions
The CMS still functions as expected and a request to administrator/index.php?option=com_admin&view=sysinfo still loads the JPlatform data.
