Summary of Changes

The frontend is missing several JGLOBAL_FIELD_ language strings from the en-GB.ini file. I stumbled on this trying to use JGLOBAL_FIELD_MODIFIED_LABEL. So this copies all of the JGLOBAL_FIELD_ strings from the backend file to the frontend.

Testing Instructions

Try to use the JGLOBAL_FIELD_MODIFIED_LABEL language string on the front-end pre-patch, it won't be translated. Post patch, it will.
