vendor/bin/robo build -
See that in the dist-folder the editors-xtd plugin has the version inserted in the jorobo.ini and the current date.
By the way I made another change: Although the language files are not distributed with this repository the path should point to administrator/language.

Patchtester is installed, but where to "use the command"?
I see, I did not describe that exactly enough :( You can not test this with the patch tester. The weblinks read.me (https://github.com/joomla-extensions/weblinks/blob/master/README.md) describes where the command had to be entered.
Have read Read.me but other Things described there are far from understanding by me.
