Steps to reproduce the issue

All default Values (Options, Menu):

• Create Weblink + Description
• Create Menu List Web Links in a Category
• Menu, Tab List Layouts > Links Description is set on Use Global
• in Weblinks-Options: Links Description is set on Show
• in Frontend Links Description is not shown
• Menu, Tab List Layouts > Links Description set on Show
• in Frontend Links Description is shown
