i have just added the update path for 3.6 versions back. So in case someone is using weblinks on 3.6 in version 3.5 he still see the update.

I am not sure about the workflow order.
Do we have this changed manifest.xml file only in our repository?
Otherwise people would see the update message for 3.7 and this version is not ready up to now?
