Tested, works:

before

after

testing instructions

  • install weblinks in a joomla site
  • publish the "weblinks search plugin"
  • create a weblink
  • add search menu item
  • go to frontend and search for your weblink

Before patch "created on" shows nothing

After patch "created on" will show the date when it was created.
