This is the Pull request for the second part of the work by @rgmears to remove the word manager which is pretty redundant joomla/user-interface-text#42
This PR only looks at Banners component as a proof of concept. If accepted I will update the other components. The screenshots below show you the before and after.

Thanks for taking this up Brian. Sorry I haven't been able to make the changes. Working on getting the Linux OS installed and working properly. Perhaps sometime down the road I can do PRs.

I think this makes a lot of sense and de-clutters the UI considerably, especially on mobiles.
