This is related to #177. Actually it is working, but as far as I understand it needs some time to build the stats. Of course we need to show more pretty message to a user and this is related to #228 which is closed :(

Well, the "fix" is to hit F5 after a "few moments"...

Confirmed: Error message needs embellishment

Just to be clear about what's happening here:
from http://developer.github.com/v3/repos/statistics/

A word about caching

Computing repository statistics is an expensive operation, so we try to return cached data whenever possible. If the data hasn’t been cached when you query a repository’s statistics, you’ll receive a 202 response; a background job is also fired to start compiling these statistics. Give the job a few moments to complete, and then submit the request again. If the job has completed, that request will receive a 200 response with the statistics in the response body.

TL;DR Give the job a few moments to complete, and then submit the request again.

So now it looks like this:
j tracker bugs stats
(in theory - since it doesn't happen "always")

On the other hand - You shouldn't expect that much... currently it only displays an ugly table with a bunch of numbers
j tracker bugs stats1

But somebody in #177 already kinda offered help to "fix" this
