Ah, okay. Thanks for clarifying. I wasn't sure if it was a bug or conscious decision.

Admittedly, I'm not importing the entire tracker whenever I do a reinstall on the server, which actually doesn't happen all that often. If I did, given the amount of activity at this point, I'd probably need to employ 2 or 3 bot accounts to grab everything.
So with that said, there should be a promise to actually import the full tracker at some point.
