Works correctly.
I do not agree with this change. As far as I remember we pushed Trash further on right to avoid unwanted errors. Also Featured as it is now makes sense.
If something has to be done, it is to place Batch before Trash imho

Tested successfully. I recommend moving the trash icon to the end. This would prevent a user from accidentally clicking on trash when they actually intend to click unpublish. It is also visually easier for a user to see the trash icon at the end of the row, making it stand out. The rest of the order is sensible.
