Steps to reproduce the issue
- In admin panel option reset password is required for user - ON
- Web side is turn off, user is in group Manager
- After login in web side (front end), user see notice that he must change his password, but after type new password and press submit, nothing happens. User see the same screen and notice.

The offending patch has been reverted and the fix will be included in the upcoming hotfix release.
