Steps to reproduce the issue

Log in to your administrator back-end.
Click Extensions > Language Manager. The Language Manager: Installed Languages page is loaded.
Click Overrides in the left column.
Click the New button on the toolbar. The Language Manager: Edit Override page is opened.
Create an override. Please note, the value of location here is 'Site'. Once you are ready, click Save & Close on the toolbar.

Expected result

Returned back to the Language Manager: Language Overrides screen, the value in the Location field should be 'Site'.

Actual result

Currently 'Administrator' is visible in the 'Location' field.

System information (as much as possible)

Apache 2.4.4, PHP 5.4.32, MySQL 5.6.12, Joomla! 3.3.0

I am unable to confirm with the latest version in development from http://joom.la/download-staging . Please see attached of what I see after I re-open an item

The reported issue can be found after saving a site language override, returned back to the Language Manager: Language Overrides screen. The location of a site language override is "Administrator" instead of "Site". See the attached image.

This issue persists in the Staging build, what I just downloaded and installed on localhost.
