[#3284] - Joomla 3.2.3 - Purge Cache Button has no function after Upgrade

If you click after an upgrade from Joomla 3.2.2 to Joomla 3.2.3 the "Purge Cache" Button has no function. I used the joomla core update function. I have make a Screenshot with Firebug ErrorMessages.

EDIT: Found a jtracker item with the same problem:
