hello,
if you enter some javascript code for example in module "own content". the javascript is suppressed when saving even for super admin, with all rights

@effidoc for any code you edit in Joomla Backend we have a cool Editor that calls CodeMirror.

Also per default the TinyMCE filter all <script> tags out. Please have a look into the plugin options and there at the point Prohibited Elements
